Dynamic Air Valve
The task of the air valve is to remove all air from the pipelines and do not damage the system. The biggest problems of spherical air valve; the dynamic (premature) closure in the literature, which closes before the discharge of the entire mass of air in the pipeline, and the sphere in the air valve does not fully function as deformed over time due to pressure. Air valve which eliminate both problems and make the system work more efficiently are dynamic air valve without impact. The automatic suction-free dynamic air valve is designed as a small volume low weight. The large float allows the discharge of large air mass during the filling of the pipeline. The small float, on the other hand, discharges a small amount of air while the pipeline is operating under pressure. High discharge capacity ensures long life against corrosion due to stainless steel interior.
